Supported by key construction industry players, including the ACES, BCA, REDAS, SCAL, SIA, SLC and IES, this inaugural national conference on construction adjudication will bring together over 250 leading in-house lawyers, architectural and engineering professionals and senior business executives from both the private and public sectors of the construction industry in Singapore. Organised by the Singapore Mediation Centre, the conference will be chaired by the Honourable Justice Belinda Ang, with a keynote address delivered by the Honourable Justice Lee Sieu Kin. Together with other leading practitioners, our Edwin Lee shall be demonstrating the typical adjudication process through a mock adjudication.
